FAQ

• Why does the app say "No nearby stops" when I'm at a stop?
  • MBus Arrival Times will only consider stops within 75 meters of your current location. In some circumstances, your device GPS may be inaccurate or the bus stop location is too distant to the location of the stop according to the UofM bus system.
• Do you store my location?
  • No. MBus Arrival Times loads the GPS location of every stop from the server and locally computes the nearest stop. Your exact location never leaves your device. Additionally, every request is anonymous and cannot be tied back to any one person.
• Why is the app is asking that I enable location services when I already did?
  • This is a rare bug that I've had trouble reproducing. The best solution at the moment is to force close the app and reopen it.
